It was an absolutely new brand for me, but a very well known one when I told my mom about this new collaboration. For now I am so curious how many of you guys will know the brand. Let’s just say what I am talking about: 4711 Eau de Cologne. This brand, originally from Köln, found in 1792, is worldwide known for it’s beautiful fragrances (so a deep shame on me that I didn’t knew them..). Besides the super classic and chic packaging who first caught my eye, I totally fell in love with these fragrances which are perfect for summer.
Because it is an Eau de Cologne, it means that the perfume percent itself is not very high. Besides making it more affordable, it also allows you to make the fragrance the strongest you want. Just wear two sprays for the day, but spray a little extra after some hours to still enjoy the scent. But also, they’re super easy to wear with your favorite perfume as well, so why not mix it a little bit during the nigh for example? When I say these are lightweight perfumes you’ll probably know what I mean by now.
My favorites of their collection is definitely the Lemon & Ginger and Pink Pepper & Grapefruit -I know, I photographed it with cranberries but for me it reminded me of these sweetness, plus I didn’t want to add another orange kind of thing in my photo ;-). I personally like how different the scent is compared to perfumes you see everywhere nowadays. They’re original and natural. The yellow one is refreshing and visualizing while the pink does give you this euphoric and vitality feeling. It depends on my mood of the day, but I both use them a lot during the week. So now the question, did you knew the brand before or are you as excited as I am for these fragrances? Let me know in the comments!
It’s new to me too but I love the look of it. Gemma x
These look so exciting! It’s so nice to see other scents rather than roses and all that sweetly jazz. I would love to try out the one with lemon and ginger. I think it would be a very refreshing and nice one 🙂
