As you may have noticed by now, I am all about interior and changing up my house at the moment. I love it so much, and it gives me so much energy to change up my space drastically, especially after living here for almost 4,5 years. You may have seen my recent living room make-over, which I am still totally obsessed with. But now it is time for a more intimate space; my bedroom. It used to be all white, then last year I painted the wall behind my bed green, and now it is time for part 1 of a big makeover. It all starts with a statement wall mural from Photowall.
The idea is to go for an all green bedroom with one statement wall. Again, everybody is telling me I am crazy, but results prove them wrong as my ideas, as far as it goes now, look really good as a finished product. So, time for part one of this botanical bedroom, which is a statement wall mural. I have done wallpapering before (check my powder room makeover to see what I did), but it has never been this easy. The biggest benefit of a printed wall mural is that you don’t have to worry about matching the pattern. If you buy wallpaper, you have to be careful and take attention to matching the prints on each stoke. With this mural, it is already done for you, so you only have to glue and cut the edges!
As I said, I wanted to go for an all green botanical room. That’s when I fell in love with this print from Everwallpaper. I still have to paint the rest of my room green – which I will do in another post soon – but I already love how it looks like as a single statement wall. It looks so sweet, romantic, and energetic. I love it!! Can’t wait for the finished product, which is all green walls, new statement DIY lighting, and probably new curtains.
If I inspired you to go for a printed wall mural as well, then I have good news for you! Until the 13th of May, you get a discountwith the code floortjeloves2021. Especially now, during quarantine, it is a great way to spend your time at home and make an inspiring place for yourself. Wall murals also look great in living rooms, so dare to be bold and definitely share the result with me once you did! See you soon xoxo.
