Home sweet home. After a travel from almost 17 hours (I had a 2,5 hour delay in Houston) I finally arrived safe at the Airport in Holland this morning. It always feels good to come back home. As much as I love traveling and seeing the world, and especially this trip, I always look forward to my own little room, a normal breakfast, my family and my sweet baby dog. Also, finally unpacking my suitcase and bags felt so good. I am a very organized person. I try to keep my clothes organized on color in my closet and I like my jewelry to be in small little boxes. That I try to doesn’t mean my room is always clean, cause now it is a big mess. I got so much new stuff where I really need to find a new place for. Well, with the jet lag that will probably hit me tonight so I might have cleaned it before the next day begins.
What I also really missed was talking to you guys. I hope you can forgive me for posting less than normal. I have some very exciting posts for you planned to make it up to you, starting with this make-up Monday. When my parents where in Dubai the beginning of this month, my mother got me this beautiful eyeshadow palette from Lancôme which I could’t find in the stores in the Netherlands yet. I have been looking for the perfect nude eyeshadow colors for a very long time and even after trying out the Naked palettes I haven’t found one I really liked, until now.
This palette has the perfect combination of pink, nude, brown and shine. There is even a little surprise hidden inside, because under the little metal cover you’ll find three perfect shades of blue. Beautiful to create a summer ready make-up look with or give your daily look an extra special touch. This is a palette you are definitely going to see me wearing more often. Both for a natural look to a colorful one. And then the package of course. I mean, how cute is this little Paris inspired box?!
Before I go back to my room again and start cleaning it, I want to remember you guys about the Douglas and Marc Jabobs Give-Away that is still running on the blog! You have until Wednesday and Friday to participate so make sure you have a look at the post, sign up to all my social medias and give a comment ‘DONE’. Also, if you’re living in Holland or are enjoying some time in our little country right now, then make sure to meet me in Douglas Store Veenendaal to say ‘Hi’ and have a little chat with me! 🙂 Kisses and hugs from me! I love that the blues are covered so they don’t accidentally mix with the nudes. How did these shadows end up swatching? I’m in Germany right now and am tempted to poke around and see if I can find this palette here! Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful palette! Really like the brush too, pretty colors.
It looks so luxury …
