A primer, an offeren forgotten make-up product but oh important for a good make-up routine. I have to admit I never used a primer until a few months ago. I though it was an unnecessary add to my make-up routine, but non of that was true. Since I struggle a lot with my skin I try anything possible to make it look better. But we also know that, if you have problems with your skin, make-up can make it worse. Since I didn’t want to put my pores full of make-up, I thought using a primer to start my make-up routine with would be a good option. Since that, I am addicted. ESTÉE LAUDER THE SMOOTHER

As you know by know, Estée Lauder is one of my favorite beauty brands. That’s why the primer of the brand also belongs to one of my favorites. I like to use The Smoother for a hydration primer, which is basically perfect for any skin type. But for the more oily skin, they also have a mattifying option which is also great.

SISLEY INSTANT ECLAT

Another one which I use almost everyday, is the Instant Eclat from Sisley. A perfect basic primer for a not too shiny nor a too matt finish. Just a perfect balance between the two. And, as we are known from Sisley, it smells like heaven.

MAYBELLINE MASTER PRIME

A more budget version of the two above is the Master Prime by Maybelline. This one reduce the pores and gives a healthy glow. Perfect to start your make-up routine with!

DOUGLAS PRIME & GLOW

At last another budget versions, which is all about an extra glow. Especially when you have a little tan, the Prime & Glow from Douglas is the ultimate primer. It brightens up your skin for a make-up that last all day long!
