Eating healthy doesn’t have to be difficult. Actually, it can be so easy and still tasty. I am still so surprised how many friends I have that are not liking particular vegetables or dishes, while I literally eat everything. Funny thing actually since I didn’t liked anything when I was younger. Now, that I have to cook myself, I really like to experiment a lot with different dishes. Trying new flavors and combinations, I just love to spend some time in my kitchen.
Many people also think that cooking is difficult or takes a lot of time, especially when you want to eat healthy. None of it is true since healthy cooking can be done super quickly. Today I am sharing this really easy chicken avocado lunch, which doesn’t take you more than 10 minutes to make.
